2011 Practice schedule

April 11:  Afternoon workouts start, M-T-W-Th-F

  • Private swim lessons w/ coaches at 2:30 PM
  • Ages 6 & Under from 3:00 – 3:30 PM
  • Ages 7 & 9 from 3:30 – 4:30 PM
  • Ages 10-13 from 4:30 – 5:30 PM (might be a bit crowded so 13-yr olds can move later with Coach approval)
  • Ages 14 and over from 5:30 – 6:45 PM

Afternoon workouts start, M-T-W-Th-F

  • ·        Private swim lessons w/ coaches at 2:45 PM
  • ·        Ages 6 & Under from 3:15 – 3:45 PM
  • ·        Ages 7 & 9 from 3:45 – 4:45 PM
  • ·        Ages 10-13 from 4:45 – 5:45 PM (might be a bit crowded so 13-yr olds can move later with Coach approval)
  • ·        Ages 14 and over from 5:45 - 7:00 PM

May 31:  Morning workouts start, M-T-W-Th-F

  • Ages 15 and over from 6:30 – 7:45 AM
  • Ages 12-14 from  7:45 – 9:00 AM
  • Ages  9-11 from  9:00 – 10:00 AM (might be a bit crowded so 11-yr olds can move earlier with Coach approval)
  • Ages 8 & under from 9:45 – 10:45 AM (stretches @ 9:45)
  • Private swim lessons w/ coaches at 10:45 AM

Note:  We will have 140 swimmers.  Some swimmers may swim up or down in time slots depending on their ability.  This will be worked out with the coaches during the first week of practice.

Private Swim Lessons with the Coaches

The coaches will provide fee-based private or group half-hour lessons for swim team members, outside of regular practice hours.  These lessons need to be arranged with the coaches.

    Due to multiple coaching schedule conflicts practice start times will be 15 minutes later for the first 2 weeks of practice.

    This is only for the FIRST 2 WEEKS!
    Please adjust your schedules accordingly.

    Bring running shoes to practice; exercising on concrete with bare feet will eventually cause pain.
